The above pic was taken on a camera phone by one of our members brothers, Reece, back in March. He heard footsteps and noises outside his bedroom door. Baring in mind, it's the early hours of the morning and it's pitch black, with only the light of the phone what was produced was a startling image of what seems to be a figure either peering into his room, or just passing by. This resulted in many sleepless nights and odd feelings around the place experienced by the lady of the house, Lynda and Reece who live there.

Eventually it was decided that we would hold an investigation there as the camera picture seemed to good to be true. We were delighted to be given this opportunity  The Lynda had informed us that she'd experienced feelings of someone rushing past her down the hall, ironically near where this picture was taken and that whilst showering one day was convinced her partner had been trying to talk to her through the door, when she questioned her partner he denied all knowledge. Reece had been having sleepless nights since taking the photo, and even had to go into his mums room on a number as she seemed to be making choking noises in her sleep, and when awoken said she had the feeling of be strangled.

So it was finally time to wear t-shirts and shorts to an investigation.....a far cry form Bolbroke I can tell you. The SPRG team eventually found places to park, and we decided the best plan was to have Hayley accompany Clint D into the house at dusk to get a feel for the building and she what she could pick up as the rest of the gang discussed food plans . The lady of the house was away for the weekend, however her son Mr x decided to brave it and stay with us to see what happens.....he would have second thoughts come later. Immediately upon entering the property, which is a 1st floor maisonette Hayley began to feel unwell and develop a headache. Hayley then felt especially nauseas around the area where the pic was snapped, after sitting down in the sons bedroom Hayley commented that she wouldn't stay in the place day or night if you paid her. She found these 10 minutes or so to be very draining indeed.

After Hayley recovered, we ate our fish and chips, and started to set up our equipment. Apparently, the maisonettes were built around 1879, and are directly opposite an old, bakery, mill and a stonemasons which still operates today and is known to be very haunted indeed. By the time we set up, it was getting dark Shane and Clint D had set up a stationary infa red camera to shoot down the hall all night, specifically where the photo was taken, as soon as this was switched on we had orbs on the monitor floating all around in the hall. So we began, Liz as usual kicked things off with our opening prayer, and we started with Vigil number 1, as this was a small property it was best to just wander free. Ange had picked up on the name Henry and the year 1931, then she seemed to think there were three men in there with us, one in particular was not very nice Ange said, she described him as fat with pouting lips and a turned up nose. Hayley then said she felt as if she was being asphyxiated, interesting as Lynda experienced this whilst asleep, and Hayley had no prior knowledge of this. It was then that Liz became very upset and had to run down the stairs for air, Clint S made sure she was ok, and Liz returned, but within five minutes Liz became very upset indeed and fled down the stairs again.

We all sat in silence, wondering what had upset Liz, we then found out. Liz began to scream at the bottom of the stairs "Get away from me, go away, go away" She was very traumatised indeed, Ange ran to the stairs as Liz seemed to hunched over the stairs very upset indeed, Ange could feel something there and tried to ward off whatever was trying to hurt Liz. Ange was telling us that it was a very strong spirit indeed, just as things went quiet, amazingly before our eyes, Liz screamed out again as she was physically pulled down the stairs and attacked further, her screams spooked us all something wasn't right and didn't want us there time to stop filming and switch lights on. This all happened within 30 minutes of the start, Ange purified the stairs and performed a prayer of protection at this point our guest Mr x who lives there remember, wished he have hit the town on this Saturday night. Liz calmed down, apologised then just laughed she had nothing to apologise for, what we had seen and what had happened was very serious indeed, when spirits get physical then its not a good thing. That really was our only activity for the night, the séance was very quiet. There were some very unexplainable noises however and definite "shape" movements coming from the main bedroom for the rest of the night. Generally a very unpleasant feel around the place. Ange seemed to think that this was originally a workers house and that a lot of the buildings structure had been altered.

Since our visit the tenants are still having restless nights, and constantly sleep with the lights on, and a foul smell keeps emerging on the stairs. We will be visiting this location again, and maybe if needed, try to move on whatever is here. But so far one of our best investigations yet.

We would like to thank Lynda and Reece for allowing us this opportunity to investigate, and thanks to whatever decided to join us that night. Also big big thanks to Reece for joining us for the night, hope it wasn't to scary for you.
